• Lawful Use: Not to use the site for fraudulent purposes, distribution of malware, or any activity that compromises the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Security: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

5. Payment and Pricing Policies

• Currency: Prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD) as specified.
• Rates: Prices are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed and full payment is received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Each service (hotel, flight, tour) is subject to the specific cancellation policies of the final provider.

• preferencetraveler.com will manage refund requests before providers but does not guarantee a full refund if provider policies do not permit it.
• Intermediation management fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muner Riviera Maya SA de CV shall not be held liable for:

1. Cancellations, delays, or strikes by third-party providers.
2. Loss of luggage or accidents occurring during the trip.
3. Technical failures on the platform resulting from force majeure or issues within the user’s network infrastructure.
4. “Force Majeure” events (natural disasters, pandemics, government acts).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, logos, interfaces, and databases present on preferencetraveler.com are the exclusive property of Muner Riviera Maya SA de CV or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction, data scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Modifications

The Responsible Party reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of features or databases, without prior notice.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms, the parties submit to the federal laws of the United Mexican States and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Cancún, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
