1. Introduction

Welcome to Preference Traveler. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Services Overview

Preference Traveler offers two main types of vacation packages:

• Standard Vacation Packages: Includes stays in luxurious 4-5 star resorts, airport transfers, tours, and all-inclusive services.
• Minivac Packages: Specially discounted vacation packages that include specific terms, qualifications, and conditions as detailed below.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

• All vacation packages must be booked through our website or through direct communication with our travel concierge team.
• Full payment is required to secure the booking. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank deposits, and mobile payments.
• A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. The accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discovery.
• For participants from certain countries, additional conditions may apply (e.g., Mexican participants may need two major credit cards, including one “Gold” or “Platinum” card).
• For Minivac Packages: A booking/activation fee of $150 applies, along with a resort fee depending on the selected resort and duration of stay (detailed in Section 7).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Vacation Packages: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the travel date are eligible for a partial refund. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.
• Minivac Packages: Cancellations are subject to the resort’s individual cancellation policies. Any applicable fees will be communicated during the booking process. No-shows or failure to meet the specified qualifications (outlined in Section 6) may result in forfeiture of payments.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Some promotional packages are non-refundable. In these cases, no changes or refunds are possible under any circumstances.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us via email at commerce@preferencetraveler.com before booking confirmation. Refunds will be processed based on the proximity to the travel date and may incur penalties of 10% to 30% of the paid amount.

5. Standard Vacation Package Terms

• Inclusions: Stays of 3-5 nights at luxurious 4-5 star resorts, all-inclusive services (food, drinks, and activities), and private airport transfers.
• Flexible Booking: Standard Vacation Packages are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Travel dates and destinations are subject to availability.
• Travel Advisors: Our travel concierge team will assist you in selecting the best-suited hotel, destination, and travel season.
• Testimonials and Experiences: We encourage customers to share their travel experiences. By submitting reviews or testimonials, you grant us permission to use them on our website and marketing materials.

6. Ambassador Exclusive Package Specific Terms and Qualifications

• Flexible Booking: Ambassador Packages are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Travel dates and destinations are subject to availability.
• Qualifications: Ambassador Exclusive packages require travelers to meet specific criteria:
  • Age: Travelers must be between 28-75 years old depending on the resort and vacation package type.
  • Marital Status: Must be married, in a common-law partnership, or as specified by the selected resort.
  • Credit Card Ownership: Travelers must hold one or more credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery).
  • Income Requirements: Must meet the minimum income qualifications of the selected resort.
• Group Travel Restrictions: Ambassador Exclusive travel packages are limited to one family of up to five people traveling together. Larger groups may be subject to different terms and fees, or different vacation packages and policies.
• Inclusions: 3 to 5-night all-inclusive stay for two adults and up to two children, including airport transfers to the resort.
• Resort Presentation for Ambassador Exclusive Packages: Guests must attend a 90-120 minute resort presentation (only for Ambassador Exclusive Packages). Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the package discount or additional charges.

7. Prices and Fees

• Booking or Reservation Fee: A non-refundable booking/reservation fee of $289 U.S. dollars is required at the time of reservation for booking confirmation (included in the final price). Prices for extra nights and guests are not included in the reservation fee.
• Property/Resort Fees: May apply in some resorts. The price range is between $0 to $49.99 per night, depending on the selected resort (not included in the final price).
• Detailed pricing information will be available in your vacation certificate and booking confirmation letter.

8. Travel Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid for the duration of the trip. Travelers must comply with all health and safety requirements, including those related to COVID-19 or other health advisories in the destination country.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Preference Traveler acts as an intermediary between travelers and accommodation providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from accommodation, transportation, or tour services. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotels, resorts, and third-party service providers.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected under our privacy policy. We use it solely for booking, customer support, and promotional purposes as consented by you.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Preference Traveler and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are granted a non-transferable, revocable right to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Modification, reproduction, or distribution of website content without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Preference Traveler harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from a breach of these terms.

13. Rescheduling Policy

Guests may change their travel dates, hotels, or destinations up to 30 days before the travel date. Additional charges may apply based on the difference in rates. Ambassador Exclusive packages allow a free one-time change for rescheduling booked dates (must be at least 30 days upon arrival date).

14. Modification of Terms

Preference Traveler reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
